Why the name Paint?

The word ‘paint’ conjures images of freshness, renewal, activity and creation. 'Paint' also contains the letters 'ai' which stands for Appreciative Inquiry – representing the business core philosophy.

When we view people and organisations with an appreciative eye, we discover possibilities that are exciting and creative. We also generate positive action.

Paint Group (paint) was created in early 2007 out of my desire to bring a fresh approach to change in organisations. paint works closely with clients to create both possibilities and the concrete changes they want to see.

We are a small group of like-minded people, all dedicated to bringing an inclusive, pragmatic and fresh approach to the way change and development is managed in organisations. We pride ourselves on driving innovation, action, accountability and sustainable outcomes.
